NOTE
The Symphony No. 7 in A major, Op. 92, is a symphony in four movements composed by Ludwig van Beethoven between 1811 and 1812, while improving his health in the Bohemian spa town of Teplitz. The work is dedicated to Count Moritz von Fries.
At its premiere at the university in Vienna on 8 December 1813, Beethoven remarked that it was one of his best works. The second movement, "Allegretto", was so popular that audiences demanded an encore.[1]
History
When Beethoven began composing his Symphony No. 7, Napoleon was planning his campaign against Russia. After Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 (and possibly Symphony No. 5 as well), Symphony No. 7 seems to be another one of his musical confrontations with Napoleon, this time in the context of the European wars of liberation from years of Napoleonic domination.
Beethoven's life at this time was marked by a worsening hearing loss, which made "conversation notebooks" necessary from 1819 on, with the help of which Beethoven communicated in writing.

The arrows of the Thracians reached further than those of the Romans, the cavalry of the Aedui and Suebi lent by Caesar were not many: 2,000. There were never Roman prisoners in the Chinese army, but they found a Roman galley or a sunken ship on the coast of Vietnam, and another in Japan. They were looking for silk, at a dinner, Caesar only bought silk: he was looking for money for his campaigns. like today the politicians of the USA

Beautiful song
The real history, when you examine the Kokura Hibun (historical stone monument at the location), Musashi arrived on time and declared he would use a wooden sword (not an oar, and it might have been a specific "sword" called the Jisso Enman no Bokuto which doesn't have a sharpened edge) and gave the lethal blow in one strike (which presumably cracked a rib and punctured the lung, leading to Kojiro's death. In some accounts it seems that Musashi arrived with 10 others when he was supposed to arrive alone, and that these "disciples" would have held back spectators to allow him to flee quickly, since Musashi didn't want to stick around for any outrage. Supposedly Musashi's choice of his weapon was not used as a strategic advantage, but rather to make a statement about his prowess as a swordsman, since the name for the Island, Ganryu meant "big rock school," which Kojiro had been teaching up until this time.) Thoughts: Whether the wooden sword was used in an attempt to make it "safer" or because of the longer sword that Kojiro was known for, made something like an impromptu oar more accessible to Musashi, and the length was more important than what it was made of if he was only intent on using it for the one-off duel to prove he could easily defeat him (since Kojiro was apparently known for killing three people in one fight using an iron fan?) Edit: This clearly was not the case as he most definitely wanted him dead; look at the updated text below.) Much of the fictionalize lore was made after the historical fight, in which much of the story becomes embellished in popular media such as a play about the incident (which may also have embellished the thinking that Kojiro often dressed in kabuki theater clothing and was a bit flamboyant?) Update: He had a wooden sword that Japan considers a national treasure, which he might have used, and apparently he came with 10 people that assisted in finishing of Kojiro (who might have gone by Ginryu at the time of the fight, and was around 18 to Musashi being 28) and those 10 people would then finish Kojiro off after allowing Musashi to flee after incapacitating him. Supposedly the Hosokawa clan wanted Kojiro out of the picture because he posed an issue for their power and influence over the region, and Musashi was escorted by musketeers (different version of Alexander Dumas' books, as they probably had something like arquebuses) and remained at his fathers residence, who would write an account of the incident he was told. Supposedly this is in the book, 'Miyamoto Musashi - His Life and Writings' by Kenji Tokitsu
